Version 19.30.01.29 of the AMD/ATI Radeon video card driver suite was released on August 12, 2019. These drivers are also referred to as AMD Adrenalin Edition Drivers.

This is the latest version of these drivers, compatible with most AMD-based video cards and modern PC operating systems.

  • Fixes: Performance Metrics Overlay may intermittently display incorrect colors when being displayed in game.
  • Fixes: Radeon Overlay may fail to appear or invoke when playing DOOM.
  • Fixes: Radeon Overlay may fail to appear or invoke when a game is running fullscreen on Windows 7 system configurations.

Supported desktop and all-in-one AMD GPUs for v19.30.01.29 include RX Vega series, RX 500 series, RX 400 series, Radeon Pro Duo, Radeon R9 (Fury, Nano, 200, 300), R7 (300, 200), R5 (300, 200) and Radeon HD 7700 and 8500 series GPUs. Some laptops, netbooks, and tablets with integrated AMD graphics, especially some of those manufactured by Toshiba, Sony, and Panasonic, may not be supported by any driver from AMD, even if there's an AMD Mobility logo on your computer. Having Trouble With These New AMD Video Drivers?

The first thing to do if your newly installed AMD video drivers don't work is to uninstall and then reinstall the installation package. You can do this from the appropriate applet in Control Panel.

Amd Catalyst Download Windows 8.1

I suggest you to repair the driver and check if it helps.

Go to Control Panel, click on Programs, click on the software and perform Repair.

Also, I suggest you to disable automatic restart on system failure. This prevents Windows from automatically restarting if an error causes Windows to fail. Follow the below steps.

  1. Press Windows + E keys on the keyboard to open File Explorer.

  2. Right click on My Computer/This PC and Select Properties.

  3. Click on Advanced system settings on the left navigation pane. (Enter the admin credentials if prompted)

  4. Click on the Advanced tab.

  5. Under the Startup and Recovery, select Settings.

  6. Uncheck the option Automatic Restart under System failure.

  7. Click on OK button and close the window.

Try to use the computer now for some time. Check if the computer is restarting now.
