after VERY BAD experience with the support and no response to my e-mails to Samsung, I'd like to know if someone here is able to give me a reason why Samsung does NOT (obviously) want to release a simple firmware update for my 2493HM which was advertised as 'supporting 1080p' and in fact doesn't display a 1920x1080 picture AT ALL!
A simple 1:1 mapping feature for 1080p and BTW proportional upscaling of 720p signal is all I'm asking for.
If 1 customer is not enough - please would anyone agree to sign a petition to 'force' them to create this update?
